Problem		Accumulation of files of more than 3000 person working at the university between members of the faculty staff, employees and workers. These files occupy a large area of about 50 m2 of the tires, It might take weeks to access an information such as countless faculty stuff members who obtained a doctorate from Germany.

Solution		An easy to use system interface has been designed,containing all the employees information. The people managing the system have made a great effort to introduce this large amount of data. The result was that all the employees data are now registered on an easy system, and it became so easy to access any complex information such as getting the number of employees having a certain qualification with a specific grade and had a specific job is done in seconds.

Client		Assiut University
Problem		Accumulation of files of conferences, scientific missions and tasks of the stuff members, and the difficulty of access the data.
Solution		A sestem has been designed depending on personal matters files, and addition detailed information about the conferences, scientific missions & tasks, researches and leaflets, with the ability of searching according to any specifications determined by the user.

Client		Assiut University Hospital
Problem		A check up unit has been established to serve the stuff members, where the tests & medical examinations are done. These data were saved in data models designed specifically for that purpose. But doctors faced a great difficulty counting this large amount of information and using it to make their researches.

Solution		A program has been designed with an easy interface to record the stuff members medical data with Smooth Statistical reports.

Program		System of shops licensing
Client		Jeddah Province Secretariat
Problem		The difficulty and complexity of getting shops licenses, the municipalities are so crowded with citizens, put the employees under pressure and the possibility of losing the documents.
Solution		Asestem has been designed works on the Internet and intranet, where the citizen can provide his application and attaching the required documents, then he can follow-up his application over the Internet. Finally he can go to the municipality to pay the fees and receive his license.

Client		Assiut CEMENT Company
Problem		Calculating the cost of tons of cement for each type and identify the reasons of the cost increase.
Solution		A system has been designed to guide the costs, then , it calculates each production stage costs till the stage of final product. Finally, extracting detailed reports for each product include the cost elements.

Program		Sales, shipping and customer accounts
Client		Assiut CEMENT Company & Misr Cement company (Qena)
Problem		Methods of selling cement, as the merchant reserves an order, gets shipping bills in various categories, then he ships the cement using those bills .The problem was the possibility of authorizing shipment of more than once, and the difficulty of following-up his account and the remaining bills.
	Solution	A multi-user system has been designed, using the program in the sale process from beginning of reserving the order and printing the bills, then following-up the shipping, and make detailed reports on each step of the sale and shipment.
